Film and Video
· All films and videograms to be shown on a commercial basis must be either registered or approved by the Norwegian Media Authority
· Films cannot violate with the criminal code §382 (improper use of violence) or with the Film and videogram act §13a (content that may offend public decency)
· Film or videograms to be shown on a commercial basis for persons under the age of 18 year must be approved and classified
· Give importance on possible harmful effects on children’s mind, or their idea about what is right or wrong

Safe use (Trygg bruk) project provides research, information and advisory to protect children and raise their consiousness when using media such as:

Co-operates with the The Norwegian Ombudsman for Children, the police and schools.
